A pumpable concrete mix relies on many different factors, such as:

•  The aggregate size should be 0.75 inches or smaller, as larger stones may lead to unforeseen blockages. 
•   MPA (Minimum 20+ required), an appropriate proportion of cement serves as a lubricant, facilitating smoother flow of the mixture with reduced resistance
•  Slump (Minimum 3.5 inches), the required slump may need to be increased based on the distance of the line and prevailing weather conditions to facilitate pumping. 
•  It is essential that the concrete mix is used within 2.5 hours of being batched. We reserve the right to reject any concrete deemed expired or un-pumpable, as it poses potential risks to equipment and operators. 

We have 350 feet of line available, with additional lengths accessible:

• We can pump 30 feet vertical providing lifts and proper access are supplied 
• We can pump over obstacles such as fences, trenches, and delicate surfaces

At Pro-Flo, we strive to maintain a clean job site and its surroundings. To achieve this, we prefer to designate a small area for any excess concrete from our equipment, typically amounting to 1-2 wheelbarrows. 

We strive to accommodate our clients' schedules to the best of our ability. If we have availability, we are prepared to provide our services at any time. Our operations follow a first-come, first-served policy, so scheduling early is advantageous. 

Our truck and pump measure 35 feet in length, clients must accommodate the necessary space for the pump and concrete truck. If this is not feasible, the concrete pump can be separated from the truck.
